Privacy & Legal Notice (v1.5)

1. Accountable Party & Local Browser Storage

TAC-DESK: Hajin is operated under the trade name TAC-DESK Labs (privacy and support contact: pokermans2564@gmail.com). The calculator application itself runs client-side in your browser and does not require account registration. Custom weapon builds and operator configurations are saved locally in your browser's localStorage on your own device and can be cleared at any time.

2. Who Processes Data, Cross-Border Storage & Retention

Cloudflare (Web Hosting Logs, When Deployed): When accessed over the web on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare processes standard HTTP request logs (visitor IP address, user agent, timestamp, and requested path) for security, abuse prevention, and content delivery under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Gumroad (Checkout & Order Records): When you purchase the standalone offline HTML copy on Gumroad (gumroad.com/l/oznkwu), Gumroad acts as the Merchant of Record for payment and tax calculation. Gumroad provides buyer order details (buyer name, email address, and purchase receipt) to TAC-DESK Labs in the seller dashboard solely for order verification and refund administration. No unsolicited marketing or update emails are sent.
Google (Support Mailbox, Outside Canada): Support and refund correspondence sent to pokermans2564@gmail.com is processed and stored via Google Gmail (including servers located in the United States, outside Canada).
Retention Periods: Support correspondence is deleted within 24 months after the last contact. Transaction and order records are retained for 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year to comply with tax and accounting obligations (Income Tax Act s. 230).
Access, Correction & Privacy Complaints: To request access to or correction of your personal information, email pokermans2564@gmail.com. If you have an unresolved privacy concern, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (OIPC).

3. 14-Day Refund Policy & Support Contact

Full refund on request within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email pokermans2564@gmail.com or reply to your Gumroad receipt; I issue refunds through Gumroad.

4. Methodology & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
